What data do you collect automatically when I use the Sites?
Online shopping does not automatically gather any data except for those contained in cookies used while you browse the Site. Cookies are small text files sent from the Online Shop and stored on your computer that contain certain information related to your use of the Site and Shop. These cookies are used by the Online Shop to support the Site and to provide you with useful information during the buying process, such as remembering your previous purchases. Cookies used in our Online Shop may be temporary or permanent. As well as cookies, the Online Shop may also collect data normally collected by the online system administrators as part of what are known as logs or log files. The information contained in these logs may include your IP address, the type of platform and web browser you're using, your Internet provider and the address of the page from which you entered the Site. Some of the pages within the Website and other means of communication with you could include "web beacons" (ie. electronic images). Web beacons allow us to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that loaded the page where the web beacon was included, the page URL, the page load time, the type of browser, as well as information contained in the cookies, in order to assess the effectiveness of our advertisements. These data will be archived and used for the purposes of statistical analysis and evaluating the global movement of Site users. These data will be combined with data provided by you personally.
What data do you collect when I register on the online shop and make purchases?
The Online Shop will collect the following personal data from you through the Site and other forms of communication, in the case of purchases and the Website registration process:
1) first name and surname,
2) address of permanent residence,
3) mailing address, if different from the registration address,
4) e-mail address,
5) phone number.

Where you have expressed your agreement (newsletter signup), the e-mail address provided by you will be used for marketing our own sunlux24.pl products. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

In such cases the amount of data transferred is limited to the required minimum. Where you have given your consent, the Online Shop can provide you with the data gathered from the abovementioned entities for transport and payment. In addition, your data may be passed on to the relevant public authorities if required by law.
Technical measures and your responsibilities
The Online Shop makes every possible effort to protect your data and protect them against the actions of third parties. We use all the necessary safeguards, servers, connections and Sites in order to protect your data, in particular: the Polish web hosting provider home.pl, which maintains physical, environmental, hardware and software protection measures that complement contingency and risk-mitigation plans resulting in ISO 27001: 2005 certification. All communication related to electronic payment, where you have chosen this method, take place over a secure encrypted connection. All our efforts may be in vain, however, if you do not take your own basic security precautions. In particular, you must keep your login details and password confidential and not disclose them to third parties. Please note that the Online Shop will never ask for these details apart from when you log onto the Site. In order to prevent unauthorized persons from using your account, please log out after using the Site.
